Job Description: 

Generalist role of HR function

The HR Manager shall be responsible for: 
  • Recruiting and staffing logistics.
  • Organizational and space planning. 
  • Performance management and improvement systems. 
  • Employee orientation, development, and training.
  • Organization development.
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee relations.
  • Company-wide committee facilitation. 
  • Company employee communication.
  • Compensation and benefits administration. 
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. 
  • Employee services and counseling. 

Education and Experience 
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent   
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist position of which 1 to 2 years with a telecom sector. 

General Skills: 
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. 
  • Must have exposure of MS - Office Excel
  • Skills in database management and record keeping. 
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices. 
  • Effective oral and written communication. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. 
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. 
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Candidate should be capable to work independently.

Opportunities with saving potential of Rs. 12 Lakhs per year, 3 tickets back home per year, company provided secured bachelors accommodation, food, laundry etc, no expense will be on employee's part.
