- Candidates must have strong background in QC / QA in food production.
- Candidates must have strong background in Food Hygiene & Dietics.
- Candidates must have Diploma in Food Technology or Diploma in Dietics or HACCP Certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Food industries, Catering Operation, Hotel or Hospital.
- Implements programs and policies for monitoring and preventing chemical, physical, and biological hazards at the facility.
- Educate Staff regarding Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Organizes and conducts tool box in Food Safety & Hygiene.
- Implements or recommends control measures for exposure to hazardous materials or conditions.
- Preparing and distributing all relevant safety reports, which will include incident and near miss reports. food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Can read, write, & speak fluent English.
