Experience: 2 to 5 yrs.
RF, Analog & Mixed Signal IC design for various applications using CMOS,GaAs etc. processes on industry standard EDA tools.
Must have proven IC design experience.
Must be an efficient user of Cadence/Mentor/Agilent ADS tools.
BTech /BE /Mtech (Electronics/Electronics & Tele/Communications) with minimum of 2-5 years Exp. in RF Analog & Mixed Signal domain , system level design.
