• experience of IT Service Management (ITIL)
• experience creating documentation and presentations including scope of work; processes and procedures and management reports.
• knowledge of business processes and operations.
• experience working in multi-national and multi-cultural environments.
• experience of IT Infrastructure technologies, concepts and operations including Network Telecoms, Hosting Storage, Data Centre and End User Computing.
• experience working and managing with 3rd parties
