Experience (min 3 years)
Has in-depth knowledge in one of the IT Service areas delivered and/or supported.
Has significant experience in an IT Service delivery and Support Role.
Has developed knowledge of ITIL service delivery support processes, and basic knowledge of project management methods and tools.
Has a good knowledge of ITIL service delivery support processes, and basic knowledge of project management methods and tools.
Participates in the creation of Change Requests and the Change Management process as required by the Venture ITSM Change Management process.
Applies procedures, as directed by Venture ITSM Information Security Management, to enhance resilience to unauthorised access.
