Responsibilities:
  • Participating in IT equipment relocation projects (move/migration PC, Printers /IMAC/)
  • Identifying and fixing problems at end-users desk including software break/fix advanced troubleshooting
  • Doing on-site support of the computer including software, peripherals
  • Direct user interaction and brief orientation of users
  • Managing and maintaining the networked printers including installation of print drivers (central or local), monitoring and fixing errors
Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years experience in IT support
  • Basic technical knowledge on desktop, laptop and printer environment
  • Standard technical knowledge in PC and peripherals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems: Windows XP, Vista and Win7
  • Working knowledge of English, not less than Intermediate/ Upper-Intermediate Level
  • High customer communication and care skills, quality orientation
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Has the ability to work independently within competence area
