Responsibilities:
- Participating in IT equipment relocation projects (move/migration PC, Printers /IMAC/)
- Identifying and fixing problems at end-users desk including software break/fix advanced troubleshooting
- Doing on-site support of the computer including software, peripherals
- Direct user interaction and brief orientation of users
- Managing and maintaining the networked printers including installation of print drivers (central or local), monitoring and fixing errors
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years experience in IT support
- Basic technical knowledge on desktop, laptop and printer environment
- Standard technical knowledge in PC and peripherals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems: Windows XP, Vista and Win7
- Working knowledge of English, not less than Intermediate/ Upper-Intermediate Level
- High customer communication and care skills, quality orientation
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Has the ability to work independently within competence area
