Maintenance in-charge
Expertise in Mechanical Maintenance (Film extrusion, plastics processing machineries, chiller, compressor etc)
To draw up preventive maintenance schedule in consultancy with production to ensure that the machines are available for the time set.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance (Boilers, Compressors etc)
To Guide Maintenance department to have a large MTBF and very low MTTR for all the machines (to set targets).
To draw up preventive maintenance schedule in consultancy with production to ensure that the machines are available for the time set.
To achieve objectives and targets of the department.
To recommend modifications and improvements to both process and machinery towards up-gradation of quality and mechanical conditions of machinery.
Break down analysis and action plan.
U.S Dollars 20,000 - 25,000 P.A. Local expenses, free bachelor accommodation, water, electricity, ticket, visa, transport etc.
