Finance Manger

Qualification : MBA

Experience : Candidate should have minimum 8- 10 years post-qualification experience in finance management. 

Managing the companys financial accounting, monitoring and reporting.
Overseeing the quality and accuracy of the accounting, payroll and payment processing services.
Liaising with auditors in producing annual financial reports.
Providing and interpreting financial information and predicting future trends.
Conducting reviews and evaluation for cost reduction opportunities.
Procurement and supplier management, including selection,
appointment, and management of key vendors and office infrastructure providers.
Closely monitor the expenditures and receipts and submit reports to the top management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Senior Business Development Manager


Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.  |  Opening(s): 4


Qualification : Bachelor's degree graduate in Engineering (civil, electromechanical, or other related courses) with MBA an advantage

Experience : Candidate should have minimum 10-15 years experience, with knowledge of specific industry and managerial experiences. 
Besides education and work experiences, the candidate must possess excellent communication in English (oral and written) with knowledge of Arabic an advantage. He must have strong leadership capabilities, outstanding ability to negotiate, and with strong presentation skills.

Candidate must have knowledge in developing business plans, marketing strategies, with extensive knowledge of current market conditions in the region. 
Overall the candidate should be able to contribute in the Group's market position achieving financial growth. He must have long-term strategic goals, build customer relationships, identify business opportunities on the local market, maintaining business contacts with local as well as international companies and clients. 
He must develop and lead the Business Development Team in sourcing, managing, and implementing new business opportunities in the market. 
He will be reporting to the Group's Top Management and coordinate with Senior Directors and staff of the Group. 

Sales Manager

Experience : Candidate should have minimum 9-10 years experience in related field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Achieving the budgeted revenue and profit figures for the department while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Managing a team of Sales Engineers to achieve the departmental objectives.
Managing Key customer accounts and a visit rate of average 2 customers per day.
Maintain a balanced inventory of products consistent with the requirements of the market place and the internal annual budget.
Ensure optimization of stock levels.
Implement strategies to increase market coverage and increase in market share for each product.
Analyze sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
Develop and maintain a good working relation with principals.
Achieving Principals Annual business plan and implement promotional/brand building activities as per the plan.
Devise internal Marketing/PR plans to enhance brand visibility and deeper penetration into market place.
Review of customer satisfaction survey feedbacks and initiate corrective action.
Maintain conducive interdepartmental relation to achieve overall business objective.
Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment in line with the image of the company and the brands we represent.
