Quality Management Representative (QMR)
Experience: 3 to 4 yrs. | Opening(s): 6
Qualification : Bachelors degree in architecture or engineering.
Experience : Candidate should have Minimum 4 years experience in engineering contracting and consultancy.
Must be an ISO 9001:2008 certified Internal auditor and/or Lead auditor.
Implemented a QMS plan from his previous company is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Management Representative or QMR ensures that all processes and services created by the office meet ISO 9001:2008 standards and clients expectations. He shall also ensure that all necessary documentation is completed. When new standards are released by ISO 9001:2008 and its related standards, a QMR shall set up training programs designed to build employee skills accordingly.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The QMR is responsible for the entire operation and maintenance of the quality management system. The QMR besides from his major duties has responsibilities and authorities which include:
Acts as an office representative in front of ISO 9001:2008 independent certification body TUV NORD, in Dammam.
Organizes and finalizes all documents such as Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Standard forms which would help all departments and internal auditors to meet ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
Generates a yearly QMS Plan and ensures the plan is executed properly.
Reports to Top Management regarding the performance of quality management
system and discuss any matters or needs for improvement.
Promotes and ensures employees awareness about the use and importance of quality management system and the quality policy to all levels of organization and to our clients.
Ensures that all departments produce their quality objectives in a timely manner, evaluate their objectives by the end of each year.
Direct controls of quality assurance functions including the activities of ensuring the Quality Management System is understood, implemented and maintained at all organizational levels and by others like suppliers, organizations and vendors.

Senior Site Architect
Experience: 9 to 10 yrs. | Opening(s): 6
Qualification : Graduate in Architecture
Experience : Candidate should have 9-10 years of professional experience in consultancy and contracting.
Experience in project supervision/management (capable of site coordination, project planning, approval of shop drawings, and materials inspection of finishing work). Knowledge of Primavera-P6 or Microsoft project will be an advantage.

Experience in designing (capable of designing power distribution, voltage drop calculation, sizing of cable, panel board schedule, single line diagram, fire alarm system, security system, and telephone and data) and supervising commercial or large housing project.
