Creative Head


Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.


  • Will be responsible to produce promotional material in a variety of media, including television, radio and print;
  • Will be creating ads created for billboards, the Internet, social networking websites and wireless devices for Promoting the New Programs & New Idea .
  • Will be creating new clients & meet with clients to learn the campaign objectives;
  • Planning the theme and concept of the advertisements; 
  • Giving design instructions to the art director and copywriters;
  • Reviewing and approve the final layout, design and advertising copy; 
  • Scheduling and monitor production of the products and present the final results to the client. 
  • Creative heads analyze the advertising campaign results and identify any needed adjustments or expansion opportunities.
  • Should be able to persuasively communicate with other department heads, staff, clients and the public 
  • Should be able to do good judgment and effective client relationship building skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Experience in utilizing new media, such as social networks, wireless devices and the Internet in advertising campaigns gives the creative head a competitive edge in the marketplace.

  • A bachelors degree. Relevant experience 8-10 years of experience increative related Television Industry
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Production & Operations Manager


Experience: 4 to 8 yrs.

  • Responsible for directing live programs.
  • Responsible for planning, shooting, editing of certain events/projects.
  • Conducts training for editors and cameramen.
  • Responsible for designing sets for programs- including those for the NEWS section.
  • Responsible for system upgrade for the Hardware in PCR.
  • Responsible for system upgrade for the Hardware in NEWS section.
  • Responsible for creating new satellite link designs.
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of the studios.
  • Heading Productions department.
  • Director of all studios and manage all crews.

  • Supervisory skillset and expertise in studio lighting and camera set-up and utilization.
  • Supervisory skillset and expertise in video and audio editing.
  • Supervisory skillset and expertise in audio productions.
  • Ability to communicate in Dari (Preferable)
  • Some experience in production of dramas.
  • Must have strong imagination and creativity.
  • Willing to relocate to Kabul.

Marketing Manager


Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.


  • Leads all client communications efforts including email, website and mailers. 
  • Spearheads internal launches around priority initiatives.
  • Manages relationships with industry organizations, consistently securing opportunities to position ATN as though leaders and trusted experts.
  • Researches, writes, and develops supporting marketing materials andpresents recommendations to internal committee of ATN.
  • Reviews literature pertaining to the current marketing project andprevious marketing materials used in the assignment area.
  • Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communicationsmaterials.
  • Provides leadership and oversight to lower-level MarketingSpecialists.
  • Gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.
  • Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providinginsight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, andindustries.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

  • 8-10 years experience in related Industry, supporting large scale enterprises and delivering small to mid-TV , IT & Media Industry . 
  • Requires 5-7 years corporate marketing experience in a business to business (b2b) environment
  • Knowledge/experience in a media sales environment preferred.
  • Candidate should be Confident, skilled, creative and highly qualified marketing professional .Broad-based background encompasses exceptional work ethic and commitment to organizational objectives within a highly competitive and rapidly changing market place. Pro-active manager.Team player and tactical planner with ability to attract and secure key players in making long lasting business relationships.   • Should be Marketing and Media & Entertainment professional.
  • Should have Built brands across categories like FMCG, services and broadcast media. 
  • Should be experienced in significant experience as P&L / business head, delivering targeted bottom line numbers while achieving revenue numbers.
  • Should be building, acquiring and retaining customers / viewers.
