KPMG is urgently looking for Personal Assistant, Astana

Responsibilities:

·         Providing administrative support to the Partner
·         Organization and coordination of business meetings    (documents and presentations preparation,  organizing  schedules)
·         Arranging business trips
·         Maintenance of business correspondence;
·         Carrying out any other duties as requested by the Partner
·         Preparing of contracts, internal sign - off procedure
·         Preparing invoices
·         Other tasks assigned by the Partner
·         Arranging audio and video conferences

 

Requirements:

·          Higher education
·          Experience in similar positions not less than 2 years
·          Complete fluency in English and Russian (experience as a translator/interpreter is advantage)
·          Experienced PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·          Excellent organizational and administrative skills
·          Ability to prioritize and make decisions with limited supervision
·          Attentiveness to details
·          Ability to work overtime.
