They are urgently looking for a Plant Manager: Carpentry plant (Wooden drums for cables) @ Egypt
Nationality : Indian / Filipinos
Age: 35 to 45 years.
Qualification & Experience
Engineering Graduate & Minimum 15 + years of experience in Electrical cable Drum industry
Should have technical experience in Wooden Drum design, Manufacturing processes & Quality Control for wooden drums
Knowledge of wood specifications
Excellent English communication skills
Optimization of Manpower, materials, machines to minimize the manufacturing cost
Excellent leadership quality : Strong team builder with proven ability to motivate team members towards achieving organization goals.

To meet cost & delivery requirements of customers
Interface with customer to understand the production parameters & Targets
Designing & monitoring of daily production report
Inventory control
Implementation of Six Sigma & Lean manufacturing , Kaizen , 5S, TPM, TQM , POKA Yoke, DOE Tools,7QC tools,
Manpower & resources optimization
Line Balancing
Rejection & Quality issues analysis
Breakdown report analysis & understand the bottleneck & plan for smooth production
Proper manpower planning to achieve the Organizational Goal.
Timely defining of KRAs & KPIs.
Keeping team members motivation high.
Ensuring team members career progression & their Training & development
Monitor the team performance & providing timely feedback for their improvement.
