Job description
Procurement Planning Producer mapping, capturing trends and planning procurement from different sources.
Purchase of green coffee beans, parchment and cherry from local suppliers/farmers.
Budgeting of costs and Out Turns for procured coffees
Cupping and classification of coffees in to various classes. Mapping cup profile to source of coffee.
Logistics of coffee from buying/processing centres to Dry Curing works.
Supervise curing Work operations
o Labour, Material and stock management.
o Mapping Outturns to budgeted Outturns.
o Capture, analyse and resolve key constraints.
Supervise export Grading of coffee for speciality coffee market.

Job requirement
Specialist should meet minimum two criteria below
o Experience in coffee/cherry procurement from farmers/plantations.
o Coffee Dry Curing works operations Dry Processing
o Coffee cupping and profiling ability.
Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee industry in at least two of the above three roles.
Graduate, good in Microsoft Excel and Multilingual capabilities with good oral and written English skills.
Likes to socialise and make connections.
Willingness to stay as a bachelor.
