Our client is 17 years of old manufacturer of rubber, plastic & metal components. They produce 4000 + parts for various markets & industries, for automobile, textile, agricultural, food & Healthcare verticals
Factory is equipped with a very advanced injection, compression machines & testing equipment , ensuring, best quality products at competitive price.
Recently, they have added new products / services to manufacturing line: wheels renewal / Repair / Retreading worn off tires for automotive application
Since the establishment, All Products are being manufactured, complying high quality as per stringent international standards in process & till final dispatch
They manufacture , various Auto rubber parts , Oil seal, O rings, Rubber to Metals parts , Silent Blocks for Dumpers , Gen. Rubber Goods , Auto-Brake , auto disc brake pads , truck brake linings etc besides providing retread / repair service for tires
Qualification & Experience :
Rubber Technologist with minimum 5 + years of relevant manufacturing experience in Rubber Moulding of various Auto Components / General Rubber products

Job Description:
He will be overall in charge of the plant
Planning of men, machine & material for all shift.
Ensure product quality & customer specific requirements
Achieve daily production target
Scrap reduction, process wastage reduction & cost saving initiatives
To produce all material with minimum wastages & rejection.
To organize for all input materials, required to execute orders well in time. This is to be done by proper coordination with purchase persons & at the same time maintaining the given inventory norms.
Up keep & maintenance of all machinery & Auxiliaries in production department with the help of maintenance persons
To minimize down time of all machinery/ auxiliaries by proper coordination & interaction with maintenance people continuously.
Man Power Planning & scheduling
To develop new products, from the enquiry stage till final development
To develop, maintain & report proper MIS system
Computer proficiency.
Candidate should have good leadership quality, communication, coordination skills & must be able to manage technicians/workmen effectively.
