* Leading a team of highly competent technology leads onsite and taking responsibility for all deliverables
* Extensive coordination with offshore to integrate development done in offshore and ultimately taking responsibility to deploy onsite
* Ability to people plan, project plan and budget in close coordination with the customer
* Responsibility to maintain a strong relationship with designated customer contacts, and develops an in-depth understanding of the customer environments and technology deployment roadmap
* Willingness to travel to India to interact with offshore team
