Job Overview:
This is a position for a sales representative to work in a business software development firm - NiiD Technologies.  For more information about our company, please visit our website at www.niidtech.com.  

Your Role:
Your role will be end-to-end sales, which includes, among other tasks:

- Researching each lead
- Sales Strategy
- Attending conferences
- Writing white papers and proposals
- Attending sales meetings
etc...

Targets:
Your targets will be businesses in the US, Europe, and the Middle East for our software development and BPO solutions. 

Compensation:
You will be compensated by 10% commissions on the first 20,000 dollars of revenue that you bring to the company, and then you will get paid a salary between 10-15 lac, plus some commissions.

Location:
We prefer if you work from our office, but work at home positions are available, if there is no workaround available.  You may be asked to travel to the US, Europe, and/or Middle East, on occasion.

Recommend Candidate Characteristics:
1) High Energy Level and excellent attitude.  We are 1.5 year old startup, but we have many projects behind us by virtue of being a spinoff.  You will have to put in long hours for the first year, but your dedication will pay off with more commissions and larger salary.
2) Outstanding English.  People who have spent time in the US/UK/Australia preferred.  Accent neutral speakers preferred.
