Job Description
Responsible for requirement definition along with customer.
Prepare the URS (User Requirement Specification) as an input for the FRS
Review FRS prepared by various internal/external teams
Track business requirements to ensure minimum scope creep
Participate in review functional test cases
Support SIT/UAT testing
Desired Skills & Experience
Skills :-
Cash Management (Payments, Collections, Reporting)
Liquidity Management (desired)
Exposure to cash management product platforms desirable
Knowledge of end to end payments, collections, information reporting processes (preferably in the Asian region)
Knowledge on cash management reporting formats (MT, ISO20022)
Clearing and Settlement knowledge (SWIFT, ACH, Wires, Cheque Processing)
Back-office applications (Reconciliation, Accounting, AML and Reporting functions)

Experience :-
Must have 8-12 years of experience as Business Analyst in Transaction Banking domain (Cash Management, Collections, Payments, Liquidity Management and Reporting)
Participate and contribute in requirements workshops
Experienced in creating requirements documents and gap analysis documents
Expected to have participated in multiple phases of the SDLC such as RA, Design, Testing, Implementation and Support
Experience in creating and/or reviewing Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Able to track requirements through the SDLC
