- Knowledge of the following datbases MS-SQL Server, MySQL database.
- Able to create windows desktop applications and windows mobile platform applications using windows mobile.
- Experienced with CMMI process.
- Responsible for enforcing good programming practices.
- Provide knowledge transfer to junior programmers.
- Work under Project Manager to manage development team to deliver quality projects on time.
- Strong Technical Background
