Experience: 5 to 10 yrs. | Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A
He should be an Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) from a premium institute, with MBA (Finance specialization) or a Chartered Accountant having an industrial experience of 5 - 7 years.
He should ideally be working as Operations Manager of a successful and dynamic medium sized Manufacturing Company, preferably in the field of Building Materials.
Should have a clear concept of overall business and should be able to deal with Divisional Managers, Department Heads and customers with suavity, possess very high energy levels, be innovative and worthy of confidentiality.
Job calls for a high degree of initiative to direct and implement various aspects of business viz., Production, Planning, Contracts, Budgeting, Marketing, Exports, Finance, Administration, etc. Extensive travelling and attending meetings will also be a part of his job.
Individuals who have independently handled any business division will be preferred.
Preferred Age group: Not over 35 years.
