Site Engineer/ Manager
B Tech / BE - Civil
Years of Experience 10-15 yrs
1. Work Supervision of BTG area, Chimney and NDCT.
2. Technical Coordination with client, contractor and design office.
3. Quality control and verification of contractor"s bills.
4. Project Management, project scheduling and monitoring progress.
5. Ensuring safety as per standard procedures
Key Skills Required:
1. Construction supervision of foundation / piles and super structure works including finishes.
2. Good knowledge about heavy foundation and checking of bolts are needed. Must be well versed with TG raft and deck and also have knowledge / executed boiler, Fan, generator transformer foundations. Must have knowledge of QA/QC
3. Must have good communication capabilities and presentation skills.
4. Must have comprehensive planning, organizing, negotiating, analytical and decision making skills.
5. Must have demonstrable capabilities of cross functional competence in the field of basic engineering, project management, construction activities, labour laws, safety and contracts management.
Planning Engineer
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.
Education Qualification B Tech / BE / PG in Construction Management
Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of Power Plant using Primavera version 6 ,MIS, Documentation.
Proficiency in latest planning tools like MSP, Primavera etc.
Core Job knowledge. Should have an overview of powerplant both thermal and gas based.
Must have good communication capabilities and presentation skills.
Must have comprehensive planning, organizing, negotiating, analytical and decision making skills.
Must have demonstrable capabilities of cross functional competence in the field of basic engineering, project management and construction activities
