Experience: 9 to 13 yrs.
Possess experience of at least 9 yrs in BFSI or TELCO, must be able to lead & motivate team to perform as per Client's needs, able to work with the biz to define requirements converting requirements to technical requirements.
Position: Lagos Nigeria.
Candidates must possess about 9 yrs of developing experience & abt 6 yrs of lead experience.
Proficient in Java and .NET framework with agile processes (Scrum, XP, Lean). Domain exp in BFSI, Telco.
Comfortable in an IT Consulting environment.
