Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.
-Total control over all functions of Motor Underwriting Department
-Ensure highest level of customer care and protection in all aspects.
-Build and motivate team to achieve corporate objectives and look after their welfare.
-Build and develop close relationship with key brokers/ captive corporate client.
-Build excellent support with customers to retain them and also look at converting new customers.
-Recommend improvements to all aspects of the function with a view to achieve overall best results.
-Design, develop and control over all Motor schemes i.e. direct/ brokers/ HVV/ fleets

-Any Graduate with 10+ years of Motor- personal lines and Corporate fleet underwriting experience in the industry
