ROLE PURPOSE: 
    As an integral part of the Account management team you will be responsible for the management of service delivery to its client and position company as an Industry leader in the business areas it decides to operate in. 

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

    Account Relationships 
    • Manage the strategic account plan
    • Manage the relationship objectives and plan for each executive stakeholder
    • Develop and maintain positive relationship with key stakeholders including marketing and product staff within account
    • Manage relationship with all creative agencies and studios

    Support the Account Director with the following

    • Provide key metrics, reporting and recommendations to Account Director for
    • potential BD or market activity

    Print and Display Procurement Operational 
    As part of the Account Team, you will be responsible for
    procurement activities related to print management. These
    may include but not be limited to:
    • Liaise with client or preferred design/creative agencies to obtain detail print brief
    • Complying with systems and process standards:
    • Complete print specifications within the Noosh system
    • Obtain quotes
    • Award orders to printers and production houses
    • Complete close order and invoice process
    • Work with creative and design agencies to ensure artwork is print ready
    • Identify the most appropriate printer for the job, based on a balance of competitiveness, quality and service. The balance of these objectives will be set by the Account Director or other senior managers
    • Manage printer quality and service for the specific jobs handled
    • Manage printer proof approval process including reviewing the proof to ensure colour, layout, size etc. are as per approved artwork
    • Attend press checks to assist with colour management if required
    • Ensure project stakeholders are regularly informed of project status via daily and weekly emailed updates
    • Co-ordinate sampling and tooling if required for new or complex displays

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITY 
    Print and Display Procurement Tactical 
    • Make recommendations about alternate print specifications that deliver either a cost, quality or timeliness benefit to the client
    • Make design recommendations regarding colour and layout if it will deliver a cost or quality benefit to the client
    • Source and deliver innovative print ideas
    • Collaborate with Account Directors and Panel
    • Manager to develop the most appropriate supply structure including local vs offshore supply
    • Assess the print and display specification needs of the account
    • Provide advice on print and display design and specification development
    • Develop print specification templates that can be loaded into Noosh

    Print and Display Process Development 
    As part of the Print Team, you will be expected to
    contribute to the development of leading print and
    document management systems and processes.
    • Collaborating with systems staff to deploy appropriate systems
    • Troubleshoot and redesign processes to create greater accuracy and reliability
    • Recommend process changes to management
    • Support the deployment of process improvements to key accounts
    Work Experience 7 to 10 years
    Basic/UG Qualification Any graduate must
    PG Qualification PG in Business Administration (preferable )
