• Updating and maintaining of prepaid expenses and provision accounts.
• Journal vouchers related to month end and year end.
• Posting Used car purchase and payment for the same.
• Preparation of RACE/FAD form for company car.
• Responsible for posting insurance in books and ensuring timely renewals.
• Preparing leasing calculations.
• Assisting chief accountant in audit preparations.
• Preparation of Yearly Schedules of Auditors.
• Ad hoc reports, statements and assignments as and when necessary.
• Posting Receipts for Sales and others.
• Posting sales transactions.
• Maintaining ageing for receivables.
• Assignment of sales and receipts for receivables sub ledgers.
• Month end reconciliation of Cash book with Cash ledger.
• Month end reconciliation for Credit Card Transaction with ledger.


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
1 to 2 years of sales or account management experience.
Automotive experience is a major plus
