- Handle the tasks of managing electrical maintenance operations of entire hotel.
- Ensures that all equipment is operated effectively by directing and supervising the operation of all running equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance schedules for equipment.
- Develops and implements strategies for achieving department goals.
- Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and life safety operating systems
- Experience in operation of Generator 800-1000KV
- Minimum of one - two year work experience in the hotel industry in Engineering
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, international standards, local regulations, and other environmental considerations.
- Responsible for day to day reporting to designated authority
- Any Diploma, IT, B.E., B.Tech can apply
