    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS.

    1) HAVE AT LEAST 6-7 YEARS EXPERIENCE. 
    2) BE PREPARED TO WORK IN A FAST PACED RESTAURANT AND HAVE A PLEASANT TEMPERAMENT. 
    3) BE WILLING TO LEARN AND BE A TEAM PLAYER. 
    4) KNOWLEDGE OF WINES AND AN APPRECIATION OF FOOD IS ESSENTIAL.
    5) BE PREPARED TO WORK TOWARDS THE ORGANISATIONAL GOALS AND BE ABLE TO TAKE DIRECTION. 
    6) MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH IELTS SCORE OF OVERALL 5 BANDS WITH A MINIMUM 4.5 IN EACH. 
    Cook 
      1) HAVE AT LEAST 5-8 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH 2-3 COOKING SIMILAR FARE. 
      2) WILL HAVE LOCAL AND REGIONAL CUISINE KNOWLEDGE. 
      3) SPECIALIZE IN TANDOOR, HYDERABADI OR LUCKNOWI STYLES AND BE WELL VERSED WITH MODERN TRENDS IN CUISINE.
      4) BE WILLING TO LEARN, HAVE AN EYE FOR DETAIL, A PLEASENT DEMEANOUR AND BE A TEAM PLAYER. 
      5) BE PREPARED TO WORK TOWARDS THE ORGANISIONAL GOALS AND BE ABLE TO TAKE DIRECTION. 
      6) MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH IELTS SCORE OF OVERALL 5 BANDS WITH A MINIMUM 4.5 IN EACH.
