Must Haves:
- Hands on experience in Java, J2EE technologies.
- Real time experience in Spring, Struts and Hibernate
- Good experience in Database like Oracle, SQL Server
- Knowledge in PL/SQL is added advantage
- Experience working on servers like Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss required
- Acceptable communication skill is mandatory.
Preferred:
- Experience in AJAX, JQuery would be an added advantage
- Experience working on MVC based architecture would be an added advantage

- Should be technically capable in analyzing requirement(s) and providing a technical solution to the problem.
- Should strong knowledge in SDLC and should have been a part of real time project activities.
- Must be confident, self driven and a Team player.
- Flexible with working hours based on the requirements.
- Expected to have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
