- HR executive performs the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records. An HR executive is a key member of the HR department, often playing an instrumental role in many HR functions, or leading a team of HR staff for various businesses.
- Designs, develops and creates end to end recruitment from JD creation to joining.
- Creates HR SOPs from head count requisition to joining and induction formalities.
- Create JD / roles and responsibilities, position wise, across companies.
- Coordinate with multiple placement agencies to fill existing / open positions at the earliest.
- Monitor agencies wise proficiency and productive.
- Monitor cost of recruitment.
- Control cost by effectively using recruitment portals / social media to fill open positions.
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Designs, create job interviews process tools for the job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required to keep the process compliant.
- Manages periodic appraisals and addresses organizational skill enhancement training requirements.
- Addresses employee queries within stipulated timelines.
- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management from a premium institution.
- Additional certification would be an added advantages.
- Should be a team player.
- Should be goal oriented & focused in achieving all given assignments by deadline.
- Should possess a pleasing & amiable personality.
- Should possess problem solving skills.
- Should be tactful in addressing issues related to senior management while being sympathetic towards mid-management.
- Should have excellent command over MS-Office, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.â€Æ’
- Age profile: 28-32
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience.
- Work experience in a multi-product / multi-location / multi-dimensional company would be an advantage.
- Should have had exposure in handing above mentioned Roles & Responsibilities.
- Should have exposure to using internationally accepted best practices.
- BPO recruitment experience would be an advantage.
- Contract period: 2 years.
- VISA status: Bachelor
