- Responsibilities:
Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedule and completion for landscape irrigation systems
Design, construction, installation and operation management of irrigation , drainage network systems
Conduct pre-tender site visit, prepare the minute of site visit, technical clarifications and preparation of tender documents
Evaluate the submitted offers and prepare the Technical and financial reports
Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities and take the corrective action
Monitor the projects progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to take appropriate action to catch the delay
Evaluate the variation orders, and monthly progress claims
Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints
Prepare the update and prepare/generate reports on maintenance work in coordination with MEP section
Maintain the stock of repair parts to ensure appropriate maintenance of irrigation system
Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure that the outsourced technicians/maintenance staff are adequately utilizing the irrigation systems
Coordinate all activities related and supervision of the third party contractors irrigation staff
Ensure that QU and/or third party contractors irrigation staff follow appropriate Safety and security guidelines at all times Monitor acquisition and use of materials
Maintain confidentiality of information at all times
Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary or as assigned by the head section
