JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Business Analyst - PMO:

    Knowledge & Experience: 

    3-5 years of PMO Analyst and Project Analyst Experience.
    3-5 years of Project Management Experience. 
    2-3 years of hands on experiences with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Sharepoint
    Proven ability to support PMO operations including portfolio reporting and report design, demand and supply management, resource planning, quality assurance, portfolio management.
    Proven ability to manage stakeholders including business heads, functional heads and Org Management.
    Familiarity with project performance monitoring principles and metrics.
    Grasp on Project Management Principles and Methodologies such as PMP, Prince etc.
    Bachelor Degree is desirable.
    PMP and other PMI Certifications are desirable.
    IT Exposure is desirable.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Project Portfolio and Pipeline Monitoring and Reporting.
    Demand and supply management and Resource Planning.
    Creation and improvement of PM and PMO processes, procedures, and tools
    Enterprise Project Management System Operation.
    Maintenance of PMO Portal.
    Project Repository Maintenance.
    Stakeholder Management.
    Ensuring compliance with the project management framework, processes, and tools.
    Ensuring the project has well defined business case, charter, scope, requirements, deliverables and other standard deliverables.
    Effective tracking and communication of project status, performance and metrics.
    Other as may be assigned by PMO Management.

    Key Tasks 
    Act as SMEon PMO queries and information and promote best PM practices.
    Track, analyze and report on project portfolio performance, providing a comprehensive, and accurate view on all projects 
    Facilitate project demand and supply management and Resource Planning.
    Assist with maintaining and updating the project management framework.
    Perform PMO QA function to ensure compliance with the established PM methodology.
    Act as SME and Super User for Enterprise Project Management System
    Implement PMO communication plan and update PMO Portal.
    Monitor and report on project financials
    Support operationally Project Repository.
    Assist and advise project managers, and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment 
    Develop positive relationships with project stakeholders and IT managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide effective PMO support throughout the organization. 
    Share lessons learned and best practices across programs
