    Designation: Business Development Manager - Mechanical Division

    Job Location: Jubail/Dammam. Saudi Arabia

    Qualification : B.E./B.Tech Mechanical

    Experience:   Minimum of 10 Years in marketing and sales of mechanical equipment, technical services, strong knowledge in mechanical products required in process industries.

    Job Description:
    • Devise marketing and sales plans.
    • Set up business targets to sales engineers and Team Leaders.
    • Perform periodical Sales Analysis and submit weekly and monthly Operational Reports to the Division Manager. Submission of monthly Order bookings, Payment received sales value etc. to DM.
    • Co-ordination with the accounts dept to ensure registration of all sales invoices and to equalize the sales and gross margin figures before it gets released to the top management.
    • Monitor the administrative request status of all our principals periodically and request Head office assistance when the need arises.
    • Monitor and ensure strict compliance of all engineers and staff members to the company rule book and guide lines. Plan resources required for the operations in order to enhance the business and to increase our market share once in three month and submit the proposals to the Division Manager.
    • Responsible for monitoring and having a very cost effective operation whereby meeting the expenditure budget. Plan customer visits for all the sales engineers as well as for self and periodically involve general manager for critical issues and strategical visits.
    • Develop a strong relationship with customer regularly contacting them by self or through engineers.
    • This is to derive customer satisfaction and enhance our business volume.
    • Identify value addition business prospects to our existing Principals and discuss the Division Manger before proposing it to our current Principals.
    • Also identify new potential principals which can supplement and increase our business volume without conflicting with our existing product line.
    • Identify the training requirements of staff and engineers and submit the plan to the top management for approval by the end of the each year.
    • Performance evaluation to be done for all engineers and staff members once in six months and to submit the same to the general manager.
    • Conduct weekly meetings with sales engineers and staff members to monitor, evaluate and suggest new strategies for a successful business.
