Coordinating & participating in activities of chefs and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods in hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, or other establishment. 

    Training service staff and reviewing their performance as per procedure . 

    Reviewing staff performance, identifying their training needs and addressing their grievances. 

    Handling Guest and all their needs with zero complain and full efficiency.

    Responsible to inspect all rooms, checking the cleaning standards and coordinating resolution of any engineering problems. 

    Arranging hospitality functions and dinner parties.

      Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, inventory maintenance, menus & prices, understanding of hygiene & health, safety regulations, developments in food nutrition, technology & methods.
