OPF 11.5 and beyond (typically, the CBA profiles they had sent us were versions not used for years)
10y of Java DEV exp (the junior profiles at HCL were usually not good)
J2EE, EJB
Hibernate
BPEL
XCT, ICT (International Payment processing)
Swift MT1xx, 9xx
They should have been working on the CORE features, not only on the GUI parts
10+ years experience
