Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER) was established in 1999 as a public joint-stock company to take over the responsibility of refining operations previously undertaken by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). The
company's areas of operation include the refining of crude oil and condensate, supply of petroleum products and production of granulated Sulphur in compliance with domestic and international specifications.

Purpose of Job
The main responsibilities of the PCL & CAMS Specialists are the Development of Competencies and the Performance Criteria (approximately 80% are related to Engineering,
Operations and Maintenance etc. Furthermore the Specialists/Coordinators will be involved in the Assessment Process.
Minimum Job Requirements
Engineering Degree
7-10 years real work experience as a Senior Engineer / Engineer in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience in the refineries is highly recommended.
Proficiency in English language specially in writing.
Knowledge of Professional Career Ladder System/CAMS is an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
