§ Capable of reading the instrument hook up drawings thoroughly and identify the instrument fittings & material.
§ Identify and receive physically the hook up materials in accordance with the BOM& Isometric/hook up drawings.
§ Complete knowledge of proper instrument tubing activity.
§ Survey the site location and identify the tapping points and quantify the required tube materials & fittings.
§ Complete the tubing connection from the instrument to the tapping point by calculating the exact bending radius & slopes.
§ Performing the leak test of the installed pneumatic & hydraulic hook ups.
§ Installation of instrument stanchions along with instruments such as gauges and transmitters with necessary supports and cable trays.
§ Fabrication and installation of cable trays.
§ Check performance using testing and measuring instruments and make necessary adjustments.
§ Awareness of Oil & Gas precautions in hazardous area.
ITI Trade Certificate
Minimum 5 years experience, of which 3 years in Oil & Gas industry in the same position. Previous KNPC / KOC experience an added advantage.
