- Job Description:
Completes general maintenance work (e.g. roof, welding, cabinetry, ceiling, carpentry, electrical, mason glazing chilling etc.) for the purpose of maintaining facilities in a safe condition enabling full educational use of facilities at all times.
Estimates Costs (Eg. HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and or develop project cost in terms of labor and material for the purpose of ensuring that district expense are allocated effectively and within budget budgetary guidelines
Installs HVAC and refrigeration systems and components for the purpose of comfort sanitation and safety within facilities.
Maintains Tools and equipments for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items in safe operations condition
Salary: Negotiable (Best in Industry)
