Should have min 8 yrs of exp in Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical Industry
Should have min 8 yrs of exp in COntract admin work. 

1. Scope of Responsibilities
Organise Cost control set-up for an assigned project. Prepare estimates and budget & cost control reports. Analyse and provide necessary cost and budget information to the Supervisor/Project Management and Corporate Management.

2. Primary Duties
• Review Tender documents to identify the Risks
• Co-ordinate drafting of all commercial documents e.g. Confidentiality Agreements, Joint Venture agreement, MOUs consortium agreements, etc. with partners / sub-contractors.
• Drafting of all Post-tender clarification responses in consultation with Technical, Operations, Projects, etc.
• Co-ordinate with Cost Controls and Planning Disciplines for identification of potential delays / slippages in the Works performed including Sub contactors, which might have impact on the Contract.
• Co-ordinate preparation of Sub-Contract Document for signature by and Sub contractors based on agreed ITT, Tender and correspondences.
• Submission of Contractual documents: PBG, PCG, etc. after internal approvals
• Lead in co-ordination with Group Insurance, Projects and ECOM Insurance for timely obtaining and renewal of all insurance policies as per contract requirements. Maintain files and records. In the event of an insurance claim, prepare briefing papers
• Support Project Control Manager in preparation of variations / claims. Co-ordinate internal reviews (co-ordinate with Estimation Manager, as required) and prepare a Variation proposal (Commercial & contractual sections).
• For Assigned Contracts (initially Middle East Operations), prepare progress invoices in consultation with Project Controls Manager. Track payments. Assist Project Control Manager / Project Director in resolution of outstanding payments
• For Assigned contracts (initially Middle East Operations), co-ordinate with Project Control Manager / Project Director for preparation and submission of claims and defense of counter-claims. Co-ordinate with Legal for vetting the responses
• Compile Contract Close-out paperwork for each of the assigned Contract as per the procedure and after compiling all paperwork.
• Maintain registers / database for Audit purposes of all Post-award contractual paperwork
3. Job/Cost Impact
Highlighting exposures to the contract provisions of the project depending on variation between contract T&C and actual scenario is critical as it will have impact on various contractual related decisions by Project Management Team. The similar criticality applicable to the sub-contract agreement between Company and Sub-contractors.

4. Decision Making Authority
Decisions limited to preparing relevant reports for effective contract administration of assigned project per agreed procedure/instruction of Supervisor. Consults with supervisor on any key issue and any new innovative idea for implementation.
