Management: Responsible for overall office management and maintaining a competent staff to execute projects. Establish, provide direction and maintain the rules laid down by PMO. Ensure that project management methods are standardized and proper training is administered.
Business Development: Monitors and evaluates market opportunities with focus on market and client development. Directs business development resources and maintains excellent customer relationships.
Client Relations: Represent TDG during bid process, project scope development, client meeting and project management meetings. Ensure positive and open relationship with clients

Contract Management: Ensure that each contract is reviewed, all requirements are communicated to the project team and all contract requirements are executed.
Project Planning: Responsible in developing a well thought out plan for managing each project, including schedule, job cost breakdown, work measurement system, invoicing format, documentation flow, quality etc.
Internal Relations: Interface with all company departments, branches and service groups in the execution of projects.
Problem Solving: Identify potential problems such as work interferences, schedule difficulties and contract compliance.

- Experience in .Net & Microsoft technology stack.
- Minimum 15 years of IT Experience including minimum 6 years of Management experience.
- General management experience at Senior Executive Level.
- Possesses leadership skills and have ability to effectively manage employees.
- A Masters Degree in Business Administration.
- Project execution experience using Waterfall and Agile.
- PMP, PgMP, CSM Certification.
