Environment Manager
- Implement Environment Management Plan (EMP) at construction sites of Highway Projects, preparation of Terms of Reference (TORs) for EIA, Baseline Data collection for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Preparation and review of various reports like EIA / IEE / EMP.
Develop key environmental and standard operating procedures as part of EMS Implementation. Ensure periodic environmental data update, conduct environmental training to the key personnel in coordination with the senior HSE leadership. Oversee field survey, baseline data collection, monitor supervision of air, water, noise quality, detailed environmental impact analysis, public consultations and detail designing of enhancement measures
- Should have expertise in Environmental engineering in civil construction projects.

- Project Safety Manager
- Provide timely advise, guidance and support to Site Management and Project Management team on the Health, Safety and Environmental issues of the project. Review HSE Plans and monitor. Conduct HSE Audits including planning, execution and follow up. Provide regular weekly, monthly safety reports to the Project Director. Issue non conformance reports and carry out follow up actions. Incident investigation, preparation of compliance report as per the labour laws and other construction workers rules.
Identify the training needs on HSE matters and training to staff to ensure adequate knowledge to comply with project safety requirements.
- Should have at least 10 years of experience in Safety management at construction sites, preferable infrastructure projects. Experience in working in the Middle East will be an advantage.
