- For handling 5-6 properties (moving across properties) including corporate training and development chef.
- Specialist in Continental, Italian, Mediterranean cuisines with knowledge of Indian cuisine and bakery confectionery.
- Should have experience with hotel industry, sould be well versed with western cuisine.
- International exposure will be an additional advantage.
