Role Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of entire sales activities in assigned markets, you will be responsible to generate sales activity for the company with its new and existing network of clients & agents and generate new potential market share.
Assist in establishment of plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for sales team.
Including but not limited to product development, products approval, assist in marketing strategies development, product market share development, technical presentation, order confirmation, pricing and product information, post order clients services, product compliance and shipping. You will travel to markets, trade shows and learn the key attributes of the products sold.
Job Responsibilities:
1- Assist in development of a business plan and sales
strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
2- Responsible for the performance, target achievements and development of the Sales Representatives in areas of influence.
3- Initiate action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospects and penetrate new markets.
4- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
5- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of the team.
6- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
7- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
8- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated, implemented within the team.
9- To execute, supervise all export sales transactions to the assigned region.
10- Retain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
11- Identify new business opportunities and distributorship.
12- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to
agree budgets, sales volume, values, product mix and time scales.
13- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in Export activities and procedures.
14- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
15- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
16- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties, aid business and organizational development.
17- Supervise and coordinates the customer’s aging and payments to be on time.
18- Arrange with the respective department for all the
customer visits, conveyance and hospitality as per the organization’s policy.
19- Providing efficient and timely customer support and post sales services.
20- Invitation to clients for all events, exhibitions, ceremonies and convey them about our latest official policies and procedures.
21- Provide Assistance at pre-exhibitions, events activities, advertising and promotional activities.
22- Supervise the export sales team, assigned targets, assist in drafting and developing sales policies and procedures and demonstrate them to the regional team.
23- Organize all the training programs for the Regional Sales Team and record the results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management.
• 5-8 years of experience in export sales management within the region.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
• Experience within similar industry will be an added advantage or building material’s industry exposure, aluminum, ceramics, stones, or chemical and paint industry’s applicants will be considered.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Client Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Able to adjust to fast changing business conditions and is always result oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP and other PC applications.
• Regular travel (ranging from 20% to 30%) is anticipated.
