- This position provides leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions.
Job Duties:
Looking after the Non Fund Based & Fund Based limits of the company.
Non Fund Based:
Organizing Bank Guarantees for the Projects. (Bid Bond, Advance, Performance or Retention)
Organizing Letters of Credit to enable smooth delivery of Raw Materials.
Responsible to Organize & tying up Bank Guarantees & Letters of Credit limits with Banks.
Checking Documents to be presented under the Letter of Credit.
Preparing MIS pertaining to Bank Guarantees & Letters of Credit. The objective of the MIS is to know at any given point in time the details of limits Sanctioned and Utilized with respect to individual Banks.
Fund Based:
Looking after day to day cash flow of the Company. Presenting Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly statement of Funds Flow to the Management.
Preparing MIS pertaining to Daily Cash Flow, Cash Budget and Disbursement Schedule.
Organizing Term Loans & Working Capital Limits.
Organizing Foreign Exchange Remittances.
Project Financing: Certain Projects were financed separately thru Project Financing scheme; where in the Fund Based & Non Fund Based Limits were exclusively sanctioned by the Bank for such Projects. I was responsible for preparing proposal to avail the limits for such Projects.
Managing the day to day transaction with the Banks with respect to depositing cheques, collecting advices (Debit as well as Credit), negotiating documents under the LC, etc.
- Experience - 3 to 7 years (EPC/ Transmission line / Power industry)
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Financial, or Business related area;
Strong Banking experience.
Computer literacy in MS programs; preference given for SAP experience.
Effective communication with others; work well and interact with all employees from shop to senior management.
Clear and effective written and oral communication.
