- Liaison with bank and financial institutions and arranging funds for short term and long term business requirements.
- Manage global forex exposures in a manner that impact of multiple currencies is in control. Mitigations of risks if any arising due to forex exposure.
- Handle entire finance and accounts portfolio of the business independently, ranging from budgeting to Finalisation of P&L and Balance sheet with auditors.
- Analyze the financial implications of the key business processes and track the same on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure alignment of budget with the business strategy.
- Develop, implement and monitor internal controls & compliances.
- Optimise tax exposure and ensuring full compliance with all tax laws.
- Liaise with all the stakeholders of the business, so as to ensure that appropriate strategic measures are taken proactively for value creation and long term growth.
- Experience of working with organization operating in multiple geographies.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments
- Skills and techniques to deliver effective and persuasive presentations of complex financial information to nonfinancial managers, teammates and external parties.
- Good commercial and legal knowledge, Exposure to ERP - preferably SAP.
- Participate in Board Meetings / Annual General Meetings and present the division/company for financial statements & reporting.
Good Domain Knowledge
Ability to communicate in GERMAN language
