- 6+ years of experience building web applications
Expert knowledge of JavaScript
Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
Aware of but not reliant on Object Oriented JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, Node.js, React, etc.)
Experience building Responsive websites
Templating: Mustache, Handlebars
SASS / LESS
An eye for pixel perfect designs
Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
Basic knowledge of version control (Git) and databases
The ability to build your own modular, flexible,responsive and performing UI framework
Working knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap
Unit or behavioral testing in JavaScript
Knowing your way in Photoshop and other image editing software
Experience in the E-commerce industry
Work with our UI & UX designers to implement the next generation of products
Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems
Identify and address performance bottlenecks
Participate in design and code reviews
Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering
