Any Graduate with 18+ years of experience in flexible packaging companies out of which a minimum of five years experience in a similar role is required.

    Strong background of commercial activities in running a organization as a Profit Center Head from a bag making company.

    The General Manager closely work with the Management to determine appropriate strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the BU revenues.

    Plan, strategize, implement, direct and evaluate the Sales & Marketing performance.

    Responsible for Marketing, Sales & Distribution & receivable management of BU.

    Demand creation and product visibility.

    To increase the current market share and achieve committed bottom line.

    Sound grasping on the current market scenario and competition

    Develop, implement and enforce Business planning process, policies and procedures of BU that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the BU.

    To identify new products and ensure new products are introduced as per the agreed time line.

    Strong in data analysis including Market & sales data, financial statements, Market research reports and present Monthly MIS to CEO / Board of Directors/ share holders

    Closely monitor the BU performance and review periodically through detailed measures & metrics through KRA across the organization.

    Provide strategic inputs and play leadership role in decision making issues impacting BU.

    Develop future leadership, Succession plan and career progression within the BU.

    Good analytical ability.

    Understanding of market requirements

    Excellent communication skills & presentation skills

    Candidate must have strong written and oral English Language Skill
