The General Manager Human Resources is responsible for ensuring appropriate HR systems and frameworks are in place to enable the effective and optimal management of the organizations employees and continuous improvement of those systems and frameworks.

    Roles & Responsibilities:-
    • Create end-to-end recruitment processes and polices.
    • Create JD / roles and responsibilities, position wise, across companies.
    • Create employee inductions processes.
    • Fill vacant positions using all internal and external resources. 
    • Career path development & management.
    • To be able to map organizational goals & present restructured organogram based on available competencies & desired key positions.
    • Define & create Group HR polices based on company specific requirements keeping sensitivities in mind to integrate multi-dimensional business.
    • To create & develop appraisal / performance management systems for all grades / employees / competencies.
    • Create employees motivational tools & process.
    • Create employees retention program & polices.
    • Create SOPs for conflict management.
    • Create employees grievances, escalation & redressal polices.
    • Map organization behaviour deficiencies & re-asses / re-design polices based on employee feedback / exit interview processes.
    • Developing relationships with Department leads and team members to provide another channel for ground level feedback.
    • Develop HR as a resourceful function and coordinate with all departments to develop and implement various HR policies & grids.
    • Coordinate with all functions to enhance and implement an annual Appraisal system for all employees across grades.
    • Ensure effective optimisation of manpower by working with department heads.
    • Should have Payroll management experience. 
    • Ensure retention of best talent, performance management of overall talent and enhancing the performance driven culture.
    • Coordinate with various SBU / vertical heads to identify the various training and development needs.
    • Train & develop functional staff to improve efficiency, effectiveness to improve service, human relations, skills and knowledge.
    • Tabulate cost of recruitment / cost of attrition department / SBU / organizational wise.
    Educational background:-
    • Bachelors degree in any stream.
    • Masters degree in Human Resources Management from a premium institution. 
    • Certification in Organizational Development, Applied Behavioural Sciences would be an added advantages.

    Skills & Competencies:-
    • Should be a team player.
    • Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills by leading his team from the front.
    • Should be goal oriented & focused in achieving all given assignments by deadline.
    • Should possess a pleasing & amiable personality.
    • Should possess problem solving skills.
    • Should be tactful in addressing issues related to senior management while being sympathetic towards mid-management.
    • Should have excellent command over MS-Office, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

    Experience Criteria:-
    • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in HR covering all aspects.
    • Last 5 years should have been as the HOD of the department handing multiple discipline.
    • Should have worked in a multi-product / multi-location / multi-dimensional company.
    • Should have had exposure in managing and handing 500-1000 employees in a large group / conglomerate.
    • Should have exposure to using internationally accepted best practices.

    Contract Information:-
    • Contract period: 3 years.
    • VISA status: Family
    • Accommodation: Family
    • Leave: 30 Days paid leave upon completion of 1 year of employment.
    • Airfare: Joining airfare (self / spouse / 2 dependent children under 18)
    • Annual Airfare: for defined family upon completion of 1 year of employment.
    • Initially candidate is expected to join on business VISA / CTA and family to follow upon issuance of Work Permit.
