- Lead IT operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
- Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures. Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
- Develop, track, and assist with managing the information technology annual operating and capital budgets and access and communicate risks associated with IT investments

- Ensure IT system operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- Review, maintain and execute enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans and utilize strong project management skills to monitor, manage and report on IT initiatives.
- Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and manage agreements to the best advantage of the organization.
- Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities, including vendors and partner organizations.
- Recruitment, development, retention, and organization of IT staff in accordance with corporate strategic and budgetary objectives and personnel policies.
- Maintain and implement ERP and Legacy applications (Infor ERP LN, VB.Net, Microsoft Navision and Windows share point).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate should be Bachelors in Engineering / Master Degree in Computer Application
Candidate should having minimum 12+Yrs with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
Candidate should be Expertise in Infor ERP Ln, IBM blade server, Windows share point services, VB.Net/ASP.Net and minimum two ERP implementations.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Engineering / Master Degree in Computer Application
