1. Assist Workshop(s) with the prompt response for all parts requirements
2. Identify, verify part numbers, check availability and supersession,
3. Actively chase back orders daily with parts department, and update Workshop In-charge/Foreman on ETA
4. Support Workshop foreman while preparing Parts requisitions in identifying parts
5. Submit ETA Reports to Service Managers on weekly basis
6. Notify the Manager-inventory& warehouse for items NOT received within the lead time Quoted.& follow-up.
