Job Responsibilities:

• Direct reporting to Dept.Head 
• Handling Employees personal files and requests 
• Prepares reports and data files for HR/Admn. Records. 
• Receiving and arranging documents for any related with in the departments. 
• Responsible queries and correspondences as needed 
• Ability to handle secretarial job(if needed0 
• Interactive employees daily operational inquiries and requests 
• Handling Air travel requests and business trip travel requests 
• Coordinate and monitoring with travel agents in regular basis 
• Receiving and clearing final LR clearance for the PP of employees 
• Managing employees request in related files 
• Receive and creating proper documentation for hired employees 
• Maintained department database for reference 
• Responsible for HO, Accounts transmittal and all correspondent in related 
• Processing Medical addition and delete and claiming.


Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Business Management 
• Computer literate with thorough knowledge in MS Office 
• Fluency in English is essential 
• Self drafting skills mandatory 
• Must be aware of all HR Administrative tasks 
• Multiple tasking personality


3+ years experience
