- The candidate needs to have very strong knowledge in analog circuits and systems containing DC-DC converters, ADPLL and PMU.
He/She will work on PMU analog IPs to be used in various application ICs including smart card, NFC, MCU and so on.
Responsibilities:
Development of power management IPs for consumer electronics.
Participate in or lead the design of a variety of analog circuit blocks like DC-DC, regulator, LDO, ADPLL, ADC/DAC and so on.
Participate in PhD student supervision and research on cutting edge analog IPs.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering with very solid academic and/or industry experience in the design of various Analog IPs with multiple voltage domains in CMOS technologies.
Strong experience with Cadence analog IC design tools and familiar with various analog IC design simulators like Spectra, Ultrasim.
Major strength in ultra-low power analog IC design techniques, research with publications and also silicon debug skills.
